Does the <body> rule the mind or does the mind rule the <body>?

`<h1>` does not have to be the first Heading in your Page!

This was a subject on Twitter recently and I thought it’s worth a litte note. There are some examples at w3.org, which proof, that your <h1> does not necessarily have to be the first heading in the HTML markup of your site. There is a little tutorial on that subject, as well.
